Victoria's Secret & Co. sells intimate apparel, sleepwear, activewear and beauty products under the Victoria's Secret and PINK brands, plus the Adore Me direct-to-consumer lingerie brand. It was spun off from L Brands in August 2021. In the year ended January 31, 2026 it had $6.55 billion of sales: $3.54 billion from its own stores in the U.S. and Canada, $2.04 billion from its websites and apps, and $0.97 billion internationally. International sales come from a 51%-owned joint venture that runs the business in China, royalties from franchise partners in roughly 70 countries, wholesale, and direct sales in the European Union. The brand is the main asset. It has earned money for decades, but sales have fallen from $7.5 billion in fiscal 2019 to between $6.2 and $6.6 billion since the spin-off, as competitors have taken share. How we measure earnings: we start from cash from operations, remove swings in working capital, and subtract stock-based pay and the capital spending needed to keep the stores and systems as they are. Non-cash write-downs are added back automatically, including the $120 million write-down of Adore Me in fiscal 2025. We treat that write-down as a sign that the 2022 Adore Me acquisition has not paid off, not as an ongoing cost. On this basis owner earnings were $420 million in fiscal 2022, $157 million in 2023, $194 million in 2024 and $319 million in 2025. Fiscal 2021 ($821 million) was inflated by the post-lockdown spending surge. Fiscal 2019 and 2020 were before the spin-off, were distorted by more than $1 billion of write-downs and COVID closures, and describe a larger store base. We value the business before interest and subtract the debt afterward. Adding back cash interest ($52M, $87M, $77M and $66M) gives pre-interest cash flow of $472M, $244M, $271M and $385M for 2022 to 2025. The median of these four post-spin years, about $328 million, is our starting point. Fiscal 2025 included about $85 million of tariff costs, net of mitigation, according to the company. Recent results: the first half of fiscal 2026 was much stronger. Operating income was $333 million against $61 million a year earlier, and operating cash flow was $265 million against $6 million. Part of this is an easy comparison: a cyber-security incident in May 2025 disrupted the prior-year second quarter. The second-quarter gross margin jumped from about 36% to 47%, and the filings available to us do not explain why. In February 2026 the Supreme Court struck down the emergency tariffs, and a 10% global tariff replaced them. Whether the company recovers the tariffs it paid was unresolved at the last annual report. We therefore do not treat the jump as permanent. We let the two strong quarters lift the base case modestly, not fully. Base case, $49.85 a share: pre-interest cash flow of $360 million a year. That is above the $328 million median, supported by two strong quarters, and below fiscal 2025's $385 million. We credit no growth. Sales have been roughly flat since the spin-off, and international expansion through partners is not contracted. We subtract about $20 million a year for the 49% partner's share of the China joint venture. The case holds that level for ten years. After that we fade it by 2% a year, close to the rate at which sales shrank from 2019 to 2025. The business is worth about $4.83 billion. Bear case, $24.34 a share: cash flow falls back to the 2023-2024 range, about $260 million before $10 million for the China partner, and then shrinks 3% a year permanently as share losses resume. This also covers the risk that capital spending, which has run below depreciation ($187M against $238M in fiscal 2025), needs to rise. It also assumes the $381 million term loan due August 2028 and the $600 million of 4.625% notes due July 2029 are refinanced at about 2 points more than today. That adds roughly $92 million to what is owed. The business is worth about $2.78 billion against about $733 million of net debt on this basis. Bull case, $86.02 a share: most of this year's improvement holds. Tariff costs stay below fiscal 2025's level and margins stay near first-half 2026 levels, giving $500 million of pre-interest cash flow, less $28 million for the China partner. The brand holds that level indefinitely, as it has held earning power for decades. The business is worth about $7.87 billion. Debt: at August 1, 2026 the company owed about $981 million: the $381 million term loan at about 6.5% and the $600 million of 4.625% notes. It held $522 million of cash, of which we count about $322 million as more than operations need. The notes' below-market rate is worth about $21 million to shareholders until 2029. Net debt is about $641 million, and the $750 million asset-based credit line was undrawn. In every case the business earns several times its interest bill. The company was in compliance with all covenants. What would make this wrong: if the gross-margin gains of 2026 prove to come from lasting pricing and product fixes, the base case is too low. If they came from a one-time tariff benefit and share losses resume, the bear case is the better guide. The margin-of-safety price is about $28, which is near the bear value; from that price the base case implies roughly 20% a year.

Chart analysis
Price history was not available to us, so this reading is limited. The shares began trading in August 2021 when Victoria's Secret was spun off from L Brands. A chartist would see the stock as a post-spin-off chart. It has no pre-2021 trading history of its own, so long-term support and resistance levels are thin. The main events a chartist would watch for are gaps around earnings. The first half of fiscal 2026, when profits rose sharply, is a likely candidate for a breakout gap, and the weak mid-2025 quarter hit by the cyber-security incident is a likely candidate for a breakdown. Buybacks of $100 million in the first half of 2026 would read as supportive demand. We cannot confirm any price levels, trends or moving-average signals.
