SafeSpace Global Corp (SSGC) stock intrinsic value fair value estimate & owner earnings analysis

Margin of safety$0.00 ComplexityAverage Updated
Business condition attached to the margin of safety Recurring customer revenue under signed contracts and positive owner earnings for at least a full fiscal year.
SafeSpace Global Corporation (formerly Sunstock-era predecessor names Healthcare Integrated Technologies and Grasshopper Staffing) sells AI camera-based safety software: fall monitoring for senior living, and newer products for facial-recognition door access, wander protection, staff compliance tracking and school weapon detection (SafeSchool). The shares trade over the counter under SSGC. The business has not yet shown it can earn money. In the year ended July 31, 2025 it recognized no revenue, versus $322,000 of contract revenue in the prior year. Net loss was about $4.6 million, and cash used in operations was about $2.7 million. On our owner-earnings basis (operating cash flow, less working-capital swings, less stock compensation, less the cost of developing intangible assets) the result was a loss of about $4.5 million, or roughly $0.034 per share, versus a loss of about $0.010 per share the year before. Stock compensation rose to about $1.6 million as new executives were hired in 2025. We found no signed customer contract, backlog or recurring revenue base in the filing that would justify crediting any future earnings. The company raised about $10.8 million from issuing stock in fiscal 2025 and held about $7.5 million of cash at July 31, 2025, but that money funds losses; it is not earning power, and our method does not add cash to the value of the shares. It also has two issued U.S. patents, which are not by themselves a source of cash flow we can evidence. Bear, base and bull cases are all valued at $0 per share. Bear: spending continues, no product is sold at scale, and the cash is used up. Base and bull: nothing we can name and evidence today produces positive owner earnings, so nothing is credited; a bull outcome would require customers, contracts and a repeatable sales record that have not yet appeared. Newly launched products and stated ambitions for schools, transit and corrections are plans, not evidenced drivers. What could make this wrong: if the company signs multi-year contracts and recurring subscription revenue that cover its cost base, the value would be well above zero. Any value assigned today depends on that happening. The estimate would be revisited once the reports show actual recurring revenue and positive owner earnings. Note also that after the April 2025 rename, the earlier filings describe a different, much smaller business, and only two years of comparable cash-flow data were usable.
