Ridgepost Capital (renamed from P10, Inc. in February 2026) is a private-markets asset manager. Through a family of acquired specialist brands - RCP Advisors, Bonaccord, Ridgepost Advisors and Madrid-based Qualitas in private equity; TrueBridge in venture capital; and Enhanced, Five Points, Hark, WTI and, since mid-2026, Stellus in private credit - it manages about $29.4 billion of fee-paying capital. Most revenue is management fees charged on committed capital in funds that run ten years or more, so the fee base is long-dated and sticky, but it has to be refilled by raising successor funds as older funds step down their fees. RCP and TrueBridge have raised successor funds for roughly two decades, including through 2008-09, which is the core of the durability case. How we measured earnings. We start from operating cash flow, strip out swings in working capital, and charge stock compensation (about $37 million in 2025, a large and real cost here) and equipment spending. Two judgements matter. First, revenue recorded for advisory work for Enhanced's affiliated permanent-capital vehicles (about $14-21 million a year) has not been paid in cash; the related receivable has grown every year to about $84 million including interest and, per the 10-K, will be collected only as those vehicles finish and liquidate multi-year projects. We therefore do not count that revenue as earnings, and instead value the receivable plus the remaining $25.8 million of contracted fees (running to April 2032) as a separate asset, discounted for time and for collection risk. Second, 2023 was depressed by about $29 million of one-time management restructuring pay. On this basis the business generated, before interest, about $71 million in both 2024 and 2025 (roughly $0.59-0.60 per share); 2023 was $27 million and 2022 $44 million before the current set of brands was complete. We anchor on about $71 million. The first half of 2026 ran at a similar or slightly better pace, which supports the level but does not raise it. Amortisation of acquired intangibles (about $24 million a year) is added back because it is past purchase cost; the risk that acquired fee streams wear out is carried in the cases below instead. Tax. The company's remaining federal loss carryforwards are small (about $10 million of tax value at end-2025), so we cut cash earnings by about $5 million a year from 2028 as cash taxes rise. Base case: the fundraising engine keeps replacing maturing funds and adds a little, about 1.5% a year for ten years - in line with the latest year's per-share change (+1.5%) and well below the pace of the last few years, which was largely bought through acquisitions. Earning power then holds flat to year 20, on the strength of the long fundraising record, and fades to zero by year 30, since nothing we can point to secures it beyond that. That is worth about $936 million. Stellus, bought for $125 million cash plus 11.77 million exchangeable units, is counted at its $250 million cost, about $75 million is credited for the Enhanced receivable, and we subtract about $575 million owed or committed. The business is worth roughly $1.26 billion, owes about $575 million, leaving about $686 million, or $5.22 per share on about 131 million shares including the Stellus units. What it owes: about $494 million under a term loan and revolver (SOFR plus 2.60%, roughly 6.4-6.6%, all maturing August 1, 2028, with a leverage covenant of 3.5 times), less about $22 million of surplus cash; $15.6 million of earn-out owed on Qualitas; $30.1 million of accrued contingent liabilities, mainly revenue-share put options at Enhanced that the company judges likely to be exercised; about $52 million for outside owners' stakes in partly owned subsidiaries; and a small charge for borrowing costs above 6% until 2028. Debt is heavy relative to cash earnings - about seven times - so shareholders own a thin slice on top. Bear case: fundraising slows and fees step down faster than new funds replace them, so cash earnings shrink 3% a year for a decade (the 2025 fee base was flat even after buying Qualitas, so this is not hypothetical), then fade out over 15 years. Stellus is worth only 70% of what was paid, 40% of the Enhanced receivable is never collected, and refinancing in 2028 costs more. Business about $807 million, owes about $590 million, leaving about $217 million or $1.65 per share. Earnings still cover interest throughout. Bull case: the brands keep raising larger successor funds, lifting cash earnings about 4% a year for a decade (below the roughly 11% a year revenue growth of 2023-2025, part of which came from buying Qualitas), holding to year 25 and fading by year 35; Stellus meets its earn-out targets (worth about $30 million net above cost) and the Enhanced receivable is collected in full. Business about $1.56 billion, owes about $575 million, leaving about $988 million or $7.53 per share. What could make this wrong: a lasting fall in private-market fundraising, or the loss of key investment teams at acquired brands, would hit fee growth quickly given the debt. On the upside, if the Enhanced vehicles start paying cash on the advisory receivable, a real part of reported revenue would become owner cash that we currently exclude. Acquiring more businesses with borrowed money has driven most past growth; we give no credit for future deals.

Chart analysis
A chartist would call this a long, wide trading range with a downward tilt. After the October 2021 listing the shares spiked to an all-time high near $14.17 in December 2021, then spent 2022-2023 grinding between about $8.65 and $12.90. A 2024 rally retested the $13.50-13.80 area but failed below the old high, forming a lower high, and 2025 gave back about 21% to close near $9.72. In 2026 the stock (now trading as RPC after the name change) broke to about $6.88 before bouncing to around $9 by early August, below its 52-week average of roughly $9.40. Support sits near $6.80-6.90, which has held twice (2024 and 2026); resistance is at $11-13. Until price clears the $11 area, the pattern reads as a range-bound stock in a mild downtrend rather than a new uptrend.
