Nuvectis Pharma is a clinical-stage cancer drug developer with no products for sale and no revenue since it was founded in 2020. Its lead program is NXP900, a small-molecule drug aimed at the SRC/YES1 cancer pathway, which entered a single-agent Phase 1b trial in August 2025 and a combination trial with osimertinib in December 2025. Its second program, NXP800, was shelved in July 2025 after the Phase 1b study finished, and the company says it is assessing possible next steps, if any. What the business earns. Measured the way we measure every company (operating cash flow, less working-capital swings, less stock compensation, less the part of capital spending needed to stay in business), the company has lost money every year: about $12.9 million in 2021, $19.1 million in 2022, $22.3 million in 2023, $19.0 million in 2024 and $26.4 million in 2025, or roughly $1.1 to $1.5 per share per year in recent years. There is no capital spending, and no borrowing. Stock compensation was $6.0 million of the 2025 loss and is treated as a real cost. Spending is rising, not falling: research spending was $18.2 million in 2025 versus $12.9 million in 2024, and the first half of 2026 ran at $8.8 million on research alone. How we valued it. Our approach only gives credit for earning power that is already contracted, already demonstrated or structurally locked in. NXP900 has no approval, no partner, no signed license income and no sales, so we credit it with no value. That is a statement about what can be evidenced today, not a forecast that the drug will fail. What remains is the balance sheet. At June 30, 2026 the company held about $22.2 million in cash against $13.3 million of obligations (about $5.2 million of payables to suppliers and trial vendors, and most of the rest accrued employee compensation), leaving roughly $9.1 million, or about $0.34 per share on the 26.7 million shares outstanding at that date. There is no debt. Bear case: $0.00 per share. The business is worth nothing on what can be evidenced, and it owes about $13.3 million against about $22.4 million of assets. At the first-half 2026 operating cash burn of about $11 million (roughly $5.5 million a quarter), the cash cushion is spent within about a year, and the company itself states it will need to raise more capital to finish its trials. In this case the money is spent, further capital is raised on terms that dilute existing holders heavily, and nothing is left for today's shares. Because there is no debt, the value cannot go below zero; the shares are simply worth nothing. Base case: $0.34 per share. Business worth $0 on evidenced earnings, plus $22.4 million of assets, less $13.3 million owed, for about $9.1 million or $0.34 per share. This is the value of what the shares own today, and it is the most that can be supported. It should be read as an upper bound on evidence and not a comfortable figure: continued spending on trials will reduce it, and it is only realised if the company preserves that cash. Bull case: $0.34 per share, the same as base. The bull case would need a signed partnership, a regulatory designation or positive human data for NXP900 that is already in hand, and none of those exists in the filings today. We do not give credit for hoped-for trial results, so no upside is included. The shares therefore carry an option on NXP900 that we cannot price from evidence. What has changed. This is our first analysis of the company. Things to know. The company funded 2025 by selling about $29 million of stock, and the share count rose from about 25.7 million at the end of 2025 to about 32.6 million by the end of July 2026, which indicates further stock sales after the quarter ended. We could not confirm from the available data how much cash those sales raised, so they are not included; that would raise the cash figure, but the extra shares would also spread it across more owners. The annual report states cash was sufficient for more than 12 months from its February 2026 issuance, but it also says more capital must be raised to complete the trials. What would make this wrong: a clinical result or licensing deal that gives NXP900 a value that can be evidenced would make the shares worth far more than our figures; a continued financing at low prices would make them worth less.

Chart analysis
Price history available from the filings is limited to a few data points, so this is a sketch rather than a full chart read. The stock listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market in February 2022. The company sold new shares at $5.00 in February 2025, its at-the-market sales during 2025 averaged about $7.86, and the shares closed 2025 at $7.55. A chartist would read that as a stock that has held above its early-2025 financing price and been able to raise money on the way up, which is constructive. Against that, the share count rose from about 19.5 million at the end of 2024 to about 32.6 million by July 2026, so every rally has been met by new supply. That is a classic overhead-supply pattern for a cash-burning development-stage company, and a chartist would want to see the stock hold above the $5 to $7.5 area before calling the trend healthy.
