Linkhome Holdings (LHAI) is a small Southern California real estate technology company. It earns commissions through its brokerage, mortgage service and an AI home-search tool called HomeGPT, but most of its revenue comes from Cash Offer: Linkhome buys a home for cash, then resells it to the customer who has arranged financing. Revenue was $1.4 million in 2023, $7.6 million in 2024 and $21.0 million in 2025, but the growth is almost entirely resold homes sold at gross value. Gross profit fell from $1.47 million (19% of revenue) in 2024 to $0.77 million (3.7%) in 2025, and net income fell from $778 thousand to $75 thousand. In the first half of 2026 revenue was flat at $10.3 million and the company lost about $263 thousand. How we measured earnings. We start from operating cash flow, strip out the swings caused by working capital, and subtract the cost of maintaining the business. Working capital includes a $1.5 million deposit from a third party on a cancelled property deal that boosted 2025 operating cash flow and was repaid on January 2, 2026, plus a large prepaid lease and prepaid advisory fee. The company also capitalised $571 thousand of software in 2025, which we treat as an ongoing cost of running the platform (part of it as maintenance). On this basis owner earnings were about $0.009 per share in 2023, $0.055 in 2024 and roughly a $0.028 loss in 2025. The company only became public in 2025 and has just three years of results, so we used all three; the median is about $0.009 per share. The company reports no share-based pay and has almost no borrowing (an auto loan of about $35 thousand). One item could not be fully reconciled: the cash-flow statement shows a $999 thousand lease payment while the lease liability on the balance sheet is only $376 thousand; we treated the excess as a prepaid lease, supported by a $1.27 million right-of-use asset. Growth reconciliation. Owner earnings fell from $0.055 to a loss of $0.028 per share in 2025, so we credit no growth in any case. Nothing we can point to, such as a contract, backlog or a repeated multi-year record, supports earnings rising from here. Cash Offer volumes are lumpy and earn thin margins, the brokerage has no visible durable edge, and management's plans to expand AI features and launch in more cities are intentions, not results, so none of that is included. What the shares are worth. Most of the value is the cash the company raised in its July 2025 IPO. Cash was $5.1 million at June 30, 2026 (after the $1.5 million deposit was repaid) against about 16.2 million shares, roughly $0.31 per share, with only the small auto loan to subtract. We assume the cash is available to shareholders, which is uncertain because Cash Offer ties up cash when it buys homes. Bear case: about $0.22 per share. The business is worth nothing and keeps losing about $0.43 million a year for four years, as it did in 2025 and as the first-half 2026 loss suggests. The business is worth minus $1.5 million and net cash is $5.1 million, leaving about $3.6 million. Base case: about $0.38 per share. Earnings stay at the three-year median of about $0.009 per share for ten years and then nothing, because no lasting advantage is evident. That makes the business worth about $0.07 per share, with net cash of about $0.31 and essentially no debt, so shareholders own about $0.38. Bull case: about $0.72 per share. The business earns what it did in 2024, $0.055 per share, for ten years, which is worth about $0.41 per share; with net cash of $0.31 the total is about $0.72. That requires Cash Offer margins to return toward 2024 levels, which 2025 and early 2026 have not shown. What could make this wrong. Upside: Cash Offer margins recover, or the software investment lifts brokerage income. Downside: cash is spent on inventory of homes or on prepaid advisory and lease costs faster than we assume, or losses widen. Our assessment is more sensitive to the cash figure than to operating results, and the company is small, thinly traded and has a short reporting history.

Chart analysis
Linkhome listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market in July 2025 with a $4.00 IPO price and has only about a year of trading history, so there is no long-term trend, established support or resistance, or moving-average record for a chartist to work with. A chartist would wait for a clear multi-month base and rising volume before reading any signal.
